A post-secondary diploma or degree in a job-related discipline (IT, healthcare or business). 5 years hands-on software testing experience. Manual functional and non-functional testing (develop, implement, maintain and execute); System testing and user acceptance testing; Data migration testing; 2 years test lead or test manager experience; Develop test strategies and test plans; Identify and lead process improvement initiatives; Task assignments and resource allocations; Test effort estimation; Test execution monitoring and results reporting; Test deliverable reviews; Provides guidance and advice on all aspects of testing to subordinates and peers.
