Description:
As a data migration lead, you will help drive the following key activities for a broad enterprise program: Data Migration Leadership: Drive the planning and strategy for data migration within the Infor Workforce Management implementation program, aligning with business objectives, project timelines, and program direction. Data Load Planning & Support: Oversee data load planning, and master data interim state. Manage current and future requirements, ensuring effective program documentation. Deployment & Integration Oversight: Ensure data migration components adhere to project plans and timelines, leading deployment and integration phases effectively. Data Readiness Management: Support legacy data readiness, cleansing, alignment, and verification processes, and address any issues to maintain data integrity and project consistency. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements, optimizing data migration solutions for efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Reporting: Generate regular project status reports, performance metrics, and other documentation for stakeholder and management review. Team Collaboration & Workload Management: Support an extended stakeholder group of 30-40 individuals, working directly with 4-8 people in data migration. Help prioritize and manage daily tasks within the team, facilitating smooth operations.

Strong leadership and Project Management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple streams of work. Experience in data conversion and data management. Experience with issue management software (Jira) Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Project Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with large-scale data conversion projects. Experience with Scheduling practices for a large organization. Knowledge of database management systems and data integration techniques. Certification in data management or related fields.
