Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 5-10 years of work experience in information technology. Expertise with creation of visual dashboards (Tableau, etc.). Hands-on experience in the development and operation of enterprise integration/interface solutions. In depth analytical, technical, skills in software technology. Knowledge/familiarity working with RESTful APIs and web-services technologies (XML, SOAP, REST, XSLT). Experience of web services and implementing APIs Test Automation using SOAPUI or Postman or any other. Expertise in use of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins. Experience with Performance automation tools like Loadrunner, Jmeter, Blaze Meter, or any other tool is an asset. Knowledgeable and experienced supporting underlying infrastructure services (AD, DFS, DNS, DHCP etc.). Knowledgeable and experienced supporting VMWare, Citrix, Windows Server operating systems. Working knowledge and experience with Databases (MS SQL, Oracle). Working knowledge and experience with Linux/Unix Operating Systems (Red Hat, AIX). Working knowledge and experience with Network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers). Working knowledge and experience with IT security products (end-point protection, firewalls, SIEM, etc.). Familiarity with IT security standards and Frameworks (ITIL, SOC, NIST).

Preferred Qualifications:

Exceptional visual system modeling skills (Visio, etc.). Knowledgeable and Experienced with messaging standards (HL7 v2, v3, IHE, and FHIR) . Microsoft MCITP or MCSA certification desirable. ITIL v3 and above certification desirable. Agile Certification (PMI-ACP, PSM, SA, CSPO, CDA) desirable. Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
