Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a health care role or discipline. Diploma in information technology, information sciences or related discipline. Broad-spectrum application technical experience and knowledge of patient flow across the health care system Demonstrated advanced knowledge, experience, and understanding of Oracle database environment. Demonstrated advanced knowledge, experience, and understanding of SQL reporting tools and methodologies environment. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with HL7 messaging format and standards. Demonstrated experience and skill in building reports in Microsoft Report Builder / Power BI, and developing queries using TOAD and SQL Developer. In-depth analytical and technical skills in health care application technologies. Superior problem-solving skills and client service commitment focus. Demonstrated solid oral and written communication skills. Ability to set personal and team deadlines, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes in priority. Experience organizing and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams. Experience working with Windows Server / Unix / Citrix environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Degree in information technology, information sciences, or related discipline. Advanced use of Clinibase and eClinibase Scheduler. Experience with requirements gathering and application configuration. Ability to communicate with and coordinate a wide variety of stakeholders, including management, clinicians, physicians, and colleagues. Ability to write and relate technical and procedural documentation.
