Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

3 - 5 years of medium to large scale front-end and client-side web application development experience. Strong understanding of current web technology and trends. In-depth knowledge in prototyping and wireframe tools (Figma, Balsamiq). Extensive programming experience with client-side web development and responsive design (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Boilerplate, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, AngularJS, React, VUE, NodeJS). Strong experience diagnosing and solving cross-browser/cross-platform issues. In-depth expertise in UX and UI design and development. Proficient working knowledge with Microsoft Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps. Complete all phases of Application Development Life Cycle (ADLC). Strong problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and works with little supervision. Work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines. Ability to work on-call rotations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator consider asset. Experience with enterprise class Content Management Systems consider asset. Development experience in mobile app (iOS, Android) considered asset. Medium scale project management experience and PMP designation considered asset.
