Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, SharePoint Online and related technologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. One or more of the following: Teams Administration. Enterprise telecommunications technologies and concepts including PBX analog communication devices, voice routing policies etc. Microsoft 365 Administrator or similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation. Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Office 365 applications. Understanding of network protocols and security principles. ITIL v3 or v4 framework certification. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate) are a plus.
