Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of wireless technologies. Experience with wireless protocols (e.g., 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax). Proficiency in network design and troubleshooting wireless networks. Strong understanding of RF principles and wireless site surveys using tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet. Knowledge of network security practices and solutions, including WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS, and TACACS+. Ability to sit working at a computer for extended periods, ability to stand, lift, climb ladders, bend, crawl in confined spaces, work in a variety of indoor/outdoor environments. Ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
Preferred Qualifications:Cisco CCNA certification is an asset, experience in healthcare and understanding of patient care needs. Recent experience with network management tools Solarwinds, Cisco Prime and Infoblox. Experience supporting and configuring Cisco VOIP.
