Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:3 + years' experience supporting software and databases. Previous experience with ASP, .NET, C#, HTML programming, XML, PHP, Python. Previous experience with SQL programming and troubleshooting. General understanding of network protocols and packet structure. Strong analytical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience with EMS/Public Safety Technologies. Hexagon CAD, Edge Frontier / Xalt, or other computer aided dispatch.
