Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Valid Cisco CCNA Certification. Experience in network operations and good understanding of LAN and WAN. Knowledge of IP inter-networking, LAN switching, VoIP technologies, IP routing protocols such as: IGRP, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP. Working knowledge of Cisco products including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure. Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment and ability to adapt to change. Effective communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Ekahau wireless survey tools or equivalent, network management and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, and/or Infoblox IP address management. Previous healthcare experience.
