Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. 1-2 years of storage admin work-related experience with enterprise storage systems. 3-5 years’ experience in Information Technologies. Proven ability to foster relationships and partnerships with internal and external clients. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Experience with reporting, monitoring, alerting and management tools for storage systems. Entry level knowledge of NAS (CIFS and NFS). Knowledge of enterprise storage solutions. ITIL foundation certification. Expertise in MS Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a health services or public sector environment, with an understanding of the alignment between business requirements and patient care service preferred. Knowledge in storage, backup, SAN architecture and design with several technologies such as EMC (VMAX, VNX, Unity, XtremIO, Recovery Point, VPLEX, Isilon, Celera and Centera), NetApp (various enterprise arrays as well as 7-Mode and Clustered Data ONTAP 8 and 9), Enterprise Backup software (CommVault) and Tape Libraries are assets.
