Completion of post-secondary education in a related field.
Additional Required Qualifications:CPA (Canadian Payroll Association) certification required. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Payroll, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity required. Advanced skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) required. Must be willing to work shifts, days, evenings, and nights required. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and effective communication skills required. Ability to work independently in a high demand and multi-tasking environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Peoplesoft, SAP, or JD Edwards preferred. Experience in a unionized environment preferred.
