Completion of master's degree in Health Promotion, Public or Population Health, Health Education or a related field.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum three (3) years experience in health related field with substantial experience with complex networks and partnerships Minimum two (2) years experience in a role managing the information design and knowledge mobilization strategies for health promotion in a health care setting [responsible for leading a substantial component of a project or process]. Experience synthesizing information from multiple sources into high quality deliverables (e.g., educational resources, presentations). Proven experience mobilizing diverse groups and building consensus with sensitivity and discretion. Experience leading or supporting change management in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.). Reliable internet access and ability to maintain a confidential workspace is required for remote work.
Preferred Qualifications:Certification or designation in change management, e.g., PROSCI. Proficiency using Adobe Captivate and other eLearning software tools. Preference will be given to individuals that have worked with an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.
