Master's degree in Health Promotion, Public or Population Health, Health Education or a related field.
Additional Required Qualifications:A minimum of three (3) years of experience in population and public health, health promotion or a health care related field. Knowledge of and experience applying the population health promotion model, health promotion strategies, determinants of health, and health equity. Demonstrated experience in planning and managing large, complex projects with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in program planning, development and implementation. Demonstrated ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into high quality deliverables for a variety of audiences (technical reports, strategic plans, presentations). Demonstrated ability to facilitate and mobilize diverse groups and build consensus. Experience applying various research methods (literature review, critical appraisal). Demonstrated professional experience with critical thinking skills, including conceptual, strategizing, and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated experience working with leadership in a health setting. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects/deliverables simultaneously. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning. Project management certification or education. Change management certification and/or experience. Professional record of being resourceful, creative, adaptive and flexible.
