Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in Health Promotion, Public or Population Health, Health Education or a related field.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum three (3) years experience in health related field with substantial experience with complex networks and partnerships. Current membership/registration in appropriate professional organization or discipline, as needed. Experience leading or supporting change management in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Demonstrated leadership skills and abilities. Reliable internet access and ability to maintain a confidential workspace is required for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference may be given to candidates having completed courses/training in the following: Change management, Lean, AIW, Six Sigma Black Belt, etc. Experience working in Communicable Disease Control (CDC). Thorough knowledge of the principles, legislation, privacy and confidentiality involved in CDC. Experience in working with diverse and high-risk populations. Proficiency using Adobe Captivate and other eLearning software tools.
