Completion of bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Health Sciences, Health Education or a related field.
Additional Required Qualifications:Understanding of settings-based health promotion, population health, and the social determinants of health. Experience in resource development, evidence reviews, and the application of knowledge translation principles. Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering or supporting learning using adult education approaches. Clear and effective communication skills, including experience using plain language to convey complex information. Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners across sectors. A commitment to health equity, inclusion, and improving outcomes for priority populations.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting health promotion or public health initiatives, ideally within health services, workplace, or community settings. Experience with resource or content development for a variety of audiences.
