Required Qualifications:

Candidates must be credentialed as either: Certified, Substantially Equivalent, or Deemed Competent, as per Alberta Health's hiring standards for HCAs. Physically able to assist with all aspects of patient/resident care and transport, e.g. walking, standing, bending and lifting. Must be able to understand written and verbal directions in English. *Note: Enrolment in the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory is a condition of employment for successful candidates. Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 10 required. Basic computer literacy required.

Preferred Qualifications:

One year of continuing care experience preferred. Dementia care training preferred (e.g. Supportive Pathways).
