Additional Required Qualifications:Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP). AHS HCAs are required to enroll in the Alberta HCA Directory as a condition of employment. New grads who have completed a final practicum in an acute care setting may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:1 year experience as a HCA in an acute care setting within the last 2 years. HCA experience in an acute inpatient medical unit in the last 2 years. Experience with electronic documentation using SCM. Current N95 Fit Test. Completion of It’s Your Move training.
