Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or related field.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience with eLearning development including; needs and user assessment, project management, deploying, managing and evaluating Excellent knowledge of user centered design, learning theories and instructional design models Solid knowledge of course development software (Captivate/Articulate) and at least one Learning Management System Proven visual and information design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) Proven ability to assess and map content, construct wireframes and storyboards. Ability to record and edit audio scripts/video scripts. Familiarity with user experience design and social media would be an asset. Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience with needs analysis and instructional design, at least three years in a corporate environment. Understand adult learning theory and be able to apply adult learning methodologies. BEd in Adult Education or Instructional Design or equivalent or equivalent experience will be considered.
