Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent. Physically capable to lift food, supplies and equipment up to 30lbs and must be able to push/pull meal carts up to 250lbs.

As required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in operating a computer. Food prep experience in an institutional, commercial or retail food service setting. Experience with inventory management; managing expiry dates and minimizing waste while utilizing “First in- First Out” procedures. Minimum 2 years direct customer service experience. Knowledge of proper sanitation in a food services environment. Cash handling experience. Experience with industrial food service equipment. Food Safe Certificate or equivalent.
