Completion of post-secondary diploma specializing in Accounting or related field (e.g. Economics, Statistics).
Additional Required Qualifications:Advanced MS Excel skills. Minimum of two years of accounting or financial experience. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to perform strategically and systematically. Demonstrated ability to solve problems. Ability to meet defined deadlines, including the ability to meet competing deadlines and priorities. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of the team. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, customer focused orientation and commitment to provide a quality service. Adaptability to work in a changing environment and support projects with varying amounts of information.
Preferred Qualifications:Post-secondary degree in Accounting. Financial experience in a Health Care environment. Strong working knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion. Experience in automation technologies and data visualization tools, such as PowerBI.
