Completion of master's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with applicable professional association or college.
Additional Required Qualifications:Registration in relevant professional association recognized by Alberta's Health Profession Act (e.g. ACSW, CAP, CARNA). Members of ACSW must have authorization to preform psychosocial intervention. Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience and excellence in family and group therapy in a mental health setting; preferably with adolescents and young adults with a variety of mental health concerns. Experience working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. Experience working collaboratively across the continuum of care from outpatient, day treatment and inpatient services. Experience in family assessment and family therapy. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and part of a multi-disciplinary team. Creative, flexible, collaborative systems thinker. Strong computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Strong family therapy skills. Extensive experience in mental health. Experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Experience working across Medical and mental health settings preferred.
