Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with applicable professional association or college.

Additional Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology required. Must be fully registered with their provincial regulatory body in accordance with the Health Professionals Act. Knowledge of theoretical frameworks, therapeutic interventions and developed clinical skills with individual and group services related to grief and loss. Ability to work as a member of a team as well as independently. Ability to take initiative and demonstrate reliability and flexibility. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Adherence to AHS policies, including Information and Privacy, is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of AHS Volunteer service policies and processes.
