Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with applicable professional association or college.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Supervised training and 5 years experience in Mental Health Assessment and Treatment with the Adolescent and/or Emerging Adult population. Authorized to perform Psychosocial Intervention required. Advanced Trauma Treatment experience required. Advanced DBT Treatment Skills required. Current knowledge and experience using of a range of clinical modalities including individual, family & group intervention is required. Advanced knowledge of DSM V required. Knowledge of community resources required. Ability to facilitate referrals and connect families to appropriate resources required. Experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and related behavioural, cognitive and social issues required. Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and system navigation and case management required. Strong assessment, formulation, diagnosis and treatment skills required. Effective case management skills required. Demonstrated commitment to Family and Client Centered Care required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Level 1&2 training in Collaborative Problem Solving preferred. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with community partners preferred. Brain Story Certified preferred. Must have a calm, warm and engaging style. Proven ability to work independently and meet necessary deadlines. Proven ability to be flexible and manage change. Experience in program planning, evaluation and/or research preferred.
