Master's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with applicable professional association or college.
Additional Required Qualifications:Supervised training and 3-5 years' experience in Mental Health Assessment and Treatment with the Adolescent and/or Emerging Adult population. Authorized to perform Psychosocial Intervention required. Advanced DBT Treatment Skills required. Trauma informed training and experience required. Current knowledge and experience using of a range of clinical modalities including individual, family & group intervention is required. Advanced knowledge of DSM V required. Knowledge of community resources required. Experience delivering single-session and/or brief therapy modalities is required. Ability to facilitate referrals and connect families to appropriate resources required. Experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and related behavioural, cognitive and social issues required. Training and experience providing Family Therapy required. Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and system navigation and case management required. Demonstrated commitment to Family and Client Centered Care required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills required. Must have a calm, warm and engaging style.
Preferred Qualifications:Trauma training preferred. Level 1&2 in Collaborative Problem Solving preferred. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with community partners preferred. Experience working in patient engagement and program development preferred. Brain Story Certified preferred. Expressive Arts and Creative Arts group experience preferred. Ability to be flexible/manage change. Experience in program planning, evaluation and research preferred.
