Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with applicable professional association or college.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology required. Relevant professional registration to practice in Alberta required. Previous experience in adult mental health services with a focus on bereavement. Strong knowledge of the biological, psychological, and social aspects of pregnancy and pregnancy loss. Strong ability to conduct a succinct mental health assessment. Demonstrated ability to function as a mental health consultant. Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with mental health, nursing, and other professions. Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in Women's Health grief counselling. Experience with program planning and facilitation. Strong sense of community engagement.
