Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare profession, or related field. A minimum of five (5) years’ progressive experience in an operational leadership role in a health care organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. A demonstrated clear pattern of personal and professional development.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Leadership skills, including a demonstrated ability and comfort with decision-making responsibilities. A demonstrated ability to manage change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. An ability to manage human, capital, and equipment resources in a complex environment. An effective communicator with strong organizational skills, customer-focused orientation, and a commitment to providing quality services, you have the ability to inspire and build confidence in others, to coach and lead your team, and foster cooperation amongst and build solid relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, including public agencies, government, boards, the University of Alberta, committees, and other partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in health services administration, business administration, or evidence of working to completion on the same.
