Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 8 – 10 years in a Senior Management role related to delivery of Seniors Health and Continuing Care and/or related Health Services in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. A Master’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of experience and education may be considered. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Current Professional Registration. Class 5 driver's licence or non GDL.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills, customer focused and commitment to provide a quality service. Leadership skills including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision-making responsibilities, coaching and teaching with the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. The position requires risk taking, strong business management skills, public relations and political astuteness. A working knowledge of Health Systems, Change Management skills, Knowledge Translation, and Human Relations. Demonstrated ability to build a strong team and deliver results. Demonstrated ability to manage change and create innovative solution for complex and diverse issues. An ability to manage resources in a complex environment. An ability to build and foster collaboration with Stakeholders, Care Givers, Senior Management and External Agencies.


Preferred Qualifications:

A graduate degree in Health Care Management, Business Administration or related field.
