Required Qualifications:

Masters degree in a healthcare profession, healthcare management or business administration. 8-10 years’ leadership experience in healthcare, in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. At least 3 years experience in a senior healthcare leadership capacity. Wide breadth of health leadership experience. Community health background in the areas of Public Health, Community Allied Health, Primary Care, Chronic Disease Management, , or Urgent Care.


Additional Required Qualifications:

A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Demonstrated ability to lead, engage others, develop coalitions, achieve results and bring about transformational change at a systems level using the LEADS framework. A successful record of achievement as a leader, including extensive experience and comfort with decision-making responsibilities, coaching and teaching with an ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Demonstrated ability in leading major initiatives, fostering cultural change, and creating innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. An ability to manage resources in a complex environment. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, customer focused orientation and commitment to provide a quality service. Ability to foster cooperation amongst and build solid relationships with public agencies, government, boards, committees, and other partners.
