Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, health care profession, health care management or a related field. A minimum of 8 to 10 years in a senior management role related to delivery of Acute Care inpatient or ambulatory care services and/or related health services in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. The incumbent will demonstrate a clear pattern of professional and personal development and have a proven track record of success in health leadership. Current professional registration and valid driver’s license is required. Current Executive Director works a hybrid staffing model in the north zone. Location negotiable within the north zone.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Masters prepared with additional certifications in one or more areas of acute care. Strong leadership skills including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision-making responsibilities, coaching and teaching with an ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, customer focused orientation and commitment to provide a quality service. Demonstrated ability to manage change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. An ability to manage resources in a complex environment. An ability to build and foster collaboration with stakeholders, caregivers, senior management, and external agencies.
