Possesses a diploma in human resources, business administration, psychology, diversity & inclusion, or related area is required. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a project management role, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity is preferred (healthcare experience is an asset). An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain positive and effective working relationships with all levels of the organization. Proactive and strategic, with demonstrated analytical abilities. Excellent research skills combined with critical thinking and ability to problem-solve, combined with the discretion to handle highly sensitive and confidential issues. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage frequently changing and competing priorities with varied scenarios on a daily basis. Strong commitment to operating within a team environment and the ability to work with stakeholders to achieve common goals. Has a client-focused orientation and a commitment to providing quality services. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with administrative policies, procedures and standards’ pertaining to human resources is preferred.
