3 to 5 years eLearning authoring, with adjunctive audio-visual production, animation, graphic design and multimedia software experience and training. Expert eLearning development skills, and produce highly professional, quality products. Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suites. Expert understanding of cross platforming, browser and hardware technical issues. Expert level Competency with the following software: Flash, After Affects, InDesign, Illustrator, Captivate (including coding), Camtasia, and Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro or other video editing software. Microsoft Office Applications. Expert knowledge in developing and editing video for the web and other mediums. Expert in Flash animation. Experience with professional video editing suite. Experience developing training or educational videos. Experience developing scripts and storyboards. Experience with video and audio production, including equipment (e.g. camera, sound system, lighting, etc.). Experience with Learning Management Systems. Good judgment and initiative in suggesting solutions and meeting deadlines. Excellent communicator and exceptional team player.
Additional Required Qualifications:Management of deadlines and work with a high degree of independence and accountability. Research abilities, and staying on top of technical trends.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in application of adult learning principles, education design and delivery an asset.
