Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services or healthcare-related field required. Current valid membership in a professional association. Non-nursing discipline preferred, such as Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, or Recreation Therapist.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience: Experience working with elderly individuals required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required, including group facilitation skills. Program development and training skills required. Being self-directed and able to work independently are essential skills as well as possessing the ability to work in a fast paced, and changing environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree preferred. Experience working in a supervisory position preferred.
