Completion of bachelor's degree in a health or education related field.
Additional Required Qualifications:Active registration and practice license with the appropriate professional college required by the first day of work. Current BCLS-HCP (CPR) certification. A minimum of five years’ experience (1.0 FTE) in one of the Allied Health disciplines. Recent experience, within the past year, in a leadership role. A knowledge and understanding of adult teaching / learning principles, concepts and practices. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Proficient computer skills (internet use and Microsoft Office applications, and video conferencing). Ability to prepare presentations and maintain staff development information using software tools such as PowerPoint and Excel. Experience using Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM).
Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in one of the Allied Health disciplines preferred. Experience in educational program design and evaluation, delivery and measurement of learning outcomes. It’s Your Move training. Current N95 Fit Test. Current IV Pump Training. Current O2 Module Training.
