Master’s degree in a health-related field (e.g., Public Health, Health Promotion, Population Health, Digital Health, or Communications); A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, public health, or digital content strategy within a complex organization; Strong understanding of settings-based approaches to health promotion and evidence-informed interventions; Experience managing digital platforms, knowledge translation, and content governance including maintaining accurate, evidence-based resources and implementing quality improvement processes to enhance usability, accessibility and engagement; Expertise in stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and cross-sector coordination; Ability to analyze user data and digital trends to drive strategic improvements; Strong skills in content development, plain-language communication, and knowledge mobilization; Equivalencies in education and experience may be considered.
