Bachelor’s degree with a strong quantitative and qualitative analysis component, e.g., data science, healthcare informatics, public health, biostatistics, epidemiology, or a related field. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R and Tableau for complex data analyses and building predictive models. Experience and expertise using a variety of data science tools.
Additional Required Qualifications:Formal training in data analysis, project evaluation and/or research methods. A minimum of 2 years of experience analyzing, interpreting, reporting, and disseminating findings from quantitative data in evaluation and/or research. Experience in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), SPSS and NVIVO software is required. Experience in qualitative data collection and analysis, and literature reviews is required. Proficient written and verbal communication skills is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work both independently and as a team player.
Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in data science, healthcare informatics, or a related field. Prior experience in a healthcare setting, especially working closely with clinicians.
