Required Qualifications:

A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Management Degree and with a minimum of five (5) years healthcare experience in a leadership role. Demonstrated ability to advance strategic initiatives and manage people and budgets. Superior interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. Ability to set and accomplish objectives and manage expectations. Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for innovative, progressive thought. Proven ability to foster a collaborative, team approach to decision making. Capability to negotiate sustainable solutions that encompass zone needs while being able to tactfully mediate solutions to complex stakeholder concerns at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Develop process improvement strategies to promote effectively any service delivery enhancements and changes. Ability to navigate end-to-end supply management processes and engage, liaise, and support Stakeholders using change management strategies. There is a requirement to travel throughout the Zone with occasional provincial travel. Requirement to interact/collaborate with senior level management within the zone.
