Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:3 to 5 years experience in a logistics/materiel management context utilizing a computerized inventory control system. Post-secondary education in Business. Advanced to expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel & intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook. Intermediate level of experience with Oracle & MediTech procurement & inventory modules. Strong customer service, analytical, & interpretive skills. The ability to communicate in a professional manner with a wide array of audiences within either the CPSM department, the broader AHS context including clinical end-users, or outside of AHS, primarily with vendors. Strong time management & organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Post-secondary focus/specialization in Supply Management, Logistics, Accounting, Statistics, or Finance. Equivalencies may be considered. 3 to 5 years experience in a healthcare logistics/materiel management context utilizing a computerized inventory control system. SCMP accreditation Experience with industry best-practices related to inventory conversion, process improvement, and/or project management methodologies e.g. PMP
