Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Valid Class 5 Drivers License. Experience with preventative maintenance and building operations. At minimum, Intermediate MS Excel Skill level a must while Expert level is preferred. Must have the ability to quickly learn new computer systems/programs and train others on those systems. Must have the ability to work independently under minimal direct supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:Completion of a post secondary education in a related trade or technology program or I.T diploma preferred. CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) training and MS Office Suite Training preferred. CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience, preferably with the Oracle Unifier product, as well as MS Office Suite experience.
