Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in a health discipline, education, social sciences, business, project management or related field. 5 years of project management coordination experience in healthcare setting and/or a combination of other relevant work experience. 5+ years of experience and skill in word processing, basic spreadsheet, and presentation software applications (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, and SharePoint). Prior experience with survey administration and/or reporting. Ability to organize and coordinate multiple simultaneous tasks in a team environment to deliver employee engagement services. Ability to work with minimal supervision and work independently to implement business process improvements to meet and exceed internal and external client expectations. Ability to communicate effectively in a calm and professional manner, both verbally and in writing, with a variety of healthcare providers and stakeholders. Demonstrated flexibility in approach and follow up to achieve resolution of outstanding issues. Exhibits partnership and influencing skills to improve engagement tools and resources to grow efficiencies that contribute to organizational success. Exceptional oral, written, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Reliable, cooperative and able to demonstrate effective service attitude.
