Required Qualifications:

Minimum: Baccalaureate degree in a health-related field. Preferred: Master's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Health Sciences or a related field. Preference may be given for additional education and/or experience.


Additional Required Qualifications:

5 years’ experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of public health programs and applying health promotion theories. Demonstrated success in working with multi-stakeholder involvement. Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated strong presentation skills. Displays initiative and the ability to work independently and interdependently. Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision. Knowledge of evidence-based program implementation, dissemination, and translation concepts (e.g., research to practice), including the ability to write technical content for use by a diverse audience, (i.e., clinicians, researchers, public health policymakers. Experience working with databases, performance management systems, or other data collection systems and comfort with analyzing and evaluating complex data information. Ability to multi-task in a complex multidisciplinary environment. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Comprehensive computer skills with competency in Windows-based office applications, including MS Office: Word, Project, EXCEL, Visio.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with a variety of healthcare providers or other helping professions. Familiarity with change theories and/or quality improvement methodologies. Community engagement and facilitation experiences in a variety of healthcare settings. Demonstrated successes in managing multiple projects concurrently. Demonstrated successes in research publication with strong data analytics skills.
