The successful candidate will have established skills in the following areas: Knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements governing management of clinical and corporate records (e.g. HIA, FOIP). Experience and competence in use of computers and electronic software. Strong demonstrated leadership skills. Demonstrated decision-making skills with collaborative approach to problem solving and conflict resolution. Verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Required Qualifications:Degree of certificate in archival management or related field. Minimum 5 years of archival and/or records management experience. Physically able to lift 30 pounds over head. Valid driving license if travel within Alberta is required.
Preferred Qualifications:Member of Archival Society, Association of Records Management Administrators (ARMA), or Association of Information and Imaging Managers (AIIM). Change management skills. Adult education skills.
