Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Active registration with CRNA. Skills and experience relevant to practice in community sector. Displays proficiency of working highly independently. Demonstrated ability to manage tight timelines under a great deal of pressure. Clear pattern of working successfully in autonomous roles. Success in past roles in building and maintaining key Stakeholder relationships. Must be physically able to perform the job (carrying up to 15 pounds: sitting for long periods of time). Knowledge and understanding of the senior’s Health continuum of care in the Calgary and Central Zones. Demonstrated evidence of a clear pattern of profession and personal development. Current professional registration with regulated body.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Clinical competence in prioritizing and planning. Working knowledge of health care system required. Demonstrated and clear pattern of professional and personal development. Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effect change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. Problem solving, critical thinking and sound decision-making skills. Computer literacy. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams within and outside of AHS.
Preferred Qualifications:
Palliative/End of life experience. Master’s Degree.
