Baccalaureate in Health Services Administration or Business. Equivalencies in educational background and experience will be considered. Four to six years program management experience. Skills required – program management, time management, problem solving, conflict resolution, communication (written and verbal), mathematical ability, computer literacy (solid competency with MS Office, spreadsheets and databases) is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
A broad understanding of a complex health care system as well as an overall understanding of AHS operational and HR processes. Familiarity with the personnel management systems, payment systems and conflict resolution are an asset. Project management and process improvement skills are desired assets.
