Required Qualifications:

Registered as a full-time student in the previous academic year in a formal co-op/internship program at an accredited post-secondary institution in Biomedical Engineering Technology, and intend to return to school on a full-time basis in the next academic year. Please note: This position is funded by the Canada Summer Jobs Grant which restricts eligibility to only applicants between the ages of 15 and 30 AND either Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or persons to whom refugee protection have been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act at the time of hire.

Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills. A strong degree of curiosity and engagement, with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. A continuous improvement mindset to seek knowledge and develop understanding of medical devices, process and hazards.
