Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a post-secondary certificate/diploma or equivalent combination of education and significant relevant experience will be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience of a minimum of two years related legal experience in public sector and/or private legal environment or an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Extremely organized and detail oriented. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field. Minimum of three years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, with experience in clinical trials preferred. Familiarity with biopharmaceutical/life science industry is preferred. Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, Health Information Act (AB), Health Canada/US Food and Drug Administration regulations.
