Post-secondary education, a minimum of an undergraduate degree related to business administration, or a health related discipline. A minimum of 5 years in a contract management role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity (healthcare experience an asset). Education/experience in implementing in Prosci Change Management. Education/experience in Quality Improvement principles. Knowledge of the Addiction and Mental Health Principles of Care, including recovery oriented practice, concurrent capability and harm reduction principles.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influential skills, client focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. Ability to manage human, financial and physical resources within an operating environment. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Current knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office software (and Excel is required). Ability to design and format complex documents, including: spreadsheets, reports and contracts. Demonstrated ability to work in an environment where it is necessary to liaison with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to the Edmonton Zone such as management and clinical staff, AHS business development services, AHS legal services and external contractors. Must be detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience/education in project management or contract management an asset.
