Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or Engineering with a minimum of 3 years general business experience is required.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Key requirements include strong knowledge of statistical and data analysis, project management, and team facilitation. Previous leadership and management experience preferably in a healthcare environment. Advanced understanding of quality improvement, process improvement and change management. Previous leadership and management experience preferably in a healthcare environment. Self-directed, flexible and able to work with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation. Excellent relationship building and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years using quality improvement methods and tools is preferable. Pharmacy or related pharmaceutical operational experience is an asset. Black Belt Certified. Equivalencies of work experience and education will be considered. Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
