University Degree in Health-Related field. 5 years prior direct management experience. At least 3 years progressive experience within a clinical trial/research environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in leading highly qualified professionals. AHS applications experience: ConnectCare, ePeople, MyLearningLink & Identity Access Management. Knowledge of AHS Bylaws and Corporate Policies. Certification in Clinical Research (SOCRA or ACRP), Good Clinical Practice & Tri-council Policy Statement 2 (willingness to be certified). Experience with a Clinical Trial Management System like Advarra OnCore (willingness to learn). A combination of education, skills and experience may be considered.
