Bachelor’s degree in related field. Minimum 2 years of recent clinical and/or administrative healthcare experience required. Must have expertise in addiction and mental health, large project oversight, and experience working with multi-stakeholder groups. The successful candidate will have advanced written and verbal communication skills and proficient to perform core functions including engagement, information gathering, analysis, and follow up across a wide range of professional roles.
Additional Required Qualifications:Demonstrated ability and experience with facilitating, presenting and educating, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Ability to foster a climate of cooperation amongst stakeholders, and build solid relationships with public agencies, government, boards, committees, and other partners to manage change and create innovative solutions to complex and diverse issues. Excellent critical thinking with proven ability to work independently and cohesively as part of a virtual team. Knowledge of AHS programs, policies and procedures. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in related field. Certification in project/change management and/or quality/process improvement.
