Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline with extensive course work in addiction and mental health. Active registration with appropriate Regulatory College/Association. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with a focus on addiction and mental health services. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in the delivery of comprehensive treatment of Opioid Use Disorder. Proficiency in project/change management principles and quality/process improvement.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Ability to foster a climate of cooperation amongst, and build solid relationships with public agencies, government, boards, committees, and other partners to manage change and create innovative solutions to complex and diverse issues. Excellent critical thinking with proven ability to work independently and cohesively as part of a virtual team. Knowledge of AHS programs, policies and procedures. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint). Working knowledge of national, provincial, and zone addiction and mental health services relevant to comprehensive treatment of opioid use disorder treatment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a health-related discipline. Certification in project/change management and/or quality/process improvement.
